AIOPLY publishes AI model pricing data, cost calculators, model comparisons, and written research. Every figure and calculation is provided for reference and planning. It is not financial advice and it is not a quote from any provider.

When using AIOPLY you agree not to:

• Scrape or automate requests in a way that degrades performance for other visitors.
• Attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or access restricted systems.
• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
• Republish substantial portions of our pricing tables, tools, or articles without a clear credit and a link back to the source page.

Provider pricing changes frequently and without notice. We sync rates on a daily schedule and date every record, but AIOPLY is not responsible for differences between the figures shown here and the amount a provider actually bills you. Confirm current rates on the provider's own pricing page before you commit budget or sign a contract.

The design, code, written content, and the compilation of pricing data on AIOPLY belong to AIOPLY or are used under licence. You may read, quote, and share our content for personal and non-commercial use with attribution. Reselling, systematically extracting, or republishing our datasets or tools requires written permission.

The Service links to provider documentation and other external sources, and it displays advertising served by third-party networks. We do not control those sites or ads and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Reviewing a third party's own terms before you use it is your responsibility.

We may add, change, or retire tools, datasets, and pages as the AI market moves. The Service is offered on an "as available" basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIOPLY and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from decisions made in reliance on any pricing data shown here.

We may revise these terms as the Service develops. Revisions are posted on this page with a new "last updated" date, and continued use after that date means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AIOPLY operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
