How it works
Start with billed seats, not total headcount. This calculator assumes every tool has the same number of seats and the same monthly seat price. If contracts differ, calculate each group separately and add the totals.
Use the actual billed price, including an annual-plan discount if applicable. Annualised spend is twelve times the entered monthly cost, not a separate annual offer. Taxes, usage add-ons, implementation, and cancellation fees are not added automatically.
Worked example
A 40-person company
If 40 employees each need two tools priced at $30 per seat per month, 80 subscriptions cost $2,400 monthly or $28,800 annualised. Removing 10 unused seats from one tool reduces the total by $300 monthly, provided the contract allows that change. For this unequal-seat case, calculate the remaining 40-seat and 30-seat groups separately.
